Hi, I’m Brianna Dunk—registered nurse, certified yoga teacher, and somatic breathwork facilitator based in Boston, MA. I’ve spent years working in both traditional and holistic healthcare settings, and my passion lies in creating space for people to reconnect with their breath, their bodies, and their inner wisdom.
I believe in the power of nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and radical self-care to support deep transformation. This work is about coming home to yourself.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is observed as a health practice in which one mindfully engages rhythmic breath patterns to regulate mood, stress, and overall wellbeing through controlled function of the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems.

Areas of Sensitivity
Sometimes it’s hard to sit still — especially with ourselves! It can be even harder to do the work that allows us to support our subconscious systems, which often prevents us from operating at our full potential.
It is common for trauma survivors to experience disassociation from the body, but somatic work helps rebuild the relationship and trust one has in herself.
